Total Healthcare Group is the link between the care recipient and the care provider. Generally speaking, we know that care providers will do what ever it takes to satisfy their client. It makes good financial sense to do so. However, we recognize that quite often a Senior is reluctant to complain or raise a question, especially those new to receiving care. The Senior, quite often, won't even reveal to his or her family the concerns or complaints they may have.

So often we hear, "I didn't say anything because I didn't want to upset my daughter" "I didn't want to get the aide in trouble" "I didn't know it could be any other way" and so forth.
